Aus Sicherheitsgründen kann die Änderung der registrierten E-Mail-Adresse Ihres Benutzerkontos in der CND-OSTAR Benutzer Cloud-Datenbank nur vom CND-OSTAR Team vorgenommen werden. Sie müssen das CND-OSTAR Team kontaktieren, um die Anfrage einzureichen.

Bitte befolgen Sie die folgenden Verfahren, um die Anfrage einzureichen:

Später erhalten Sie eine Benachrichtigungs-E-Mail an Ihre neue E-Mail-Adresse mit einem temporären Kennwort vom CND-OSTAR Team. Bitte loggen Sie sich erneut mit Ihrer neuen E-Mail-Adresse und dem erhaltenen temporären Kennwort in Ihrem Konto in der CND-OSTAR Benutzer Cloud-Datenbank ein.

Klicken Sie auf der Seite "Benutzerverwaltung" auf dem Button "EDIT", um die Seite zur Kontoänderung zu öffnen. Klicken Sie auf dem Button "CHANGE" auf der rechten Seite Ihrer Kennwort, um das Kennwort wieder durch Ihr registriertes Kennwort zu ersetzen.

Bitte geben Sie zuerst das temporäre Kennwort ein, wenn Sie dazu aufgefordert werden, und geben Sie dann das Kennwort ein, das Sie für Ihr Konto registriert haben. Klicken Sie auf dem Button "SAVE", um Ihre Eingaben zu speichern.

For safty reason, the change of the registered email address of your user account in the CND-OSTAR user cloud database can only be done by the CND-OSTAR Team. You have to contact the CND-OSTAR team to submit a request.

Please follow the following steps to sumit the request:

• Please first replace the old registered email address of your account in the application for OSTAR heart spectrum blood pressure measurement with your new email address. Please make sure the new email address is also a valid email address.

• Then access the CND-OSTAR user cloud database from the application or from a browser in your smartphone or computer (URL https://www.ostarcare.de).

• Log in to your account with the old registered email address and the password. Click on the button "EDIT" on the "User management" page to open the account modification page. Click on the button "EDIT" on the right side of your email address and an email contact form to the CND-OSTAR Team will be open. Please fill out the form and send it with the information of your old email address and your new email address.

• Log out of your account after the email has been sent.

Later you will receive an notification email on your new email address with a temporary password from the CND-OSTAR Team. Please log in to your user account in the CND-OSTAR user cloud database again with your new email address and the temporary password received.

On the "User Management" page, click the button "EDIT" to open the "MODIFY ACCOUNT INFORMATION" page. Click on the button "CHANGE" to replace the password with your registered password.

Please enter the temporary password first when requested and then enter the password you registered for your account. Click on the "SAVE" button to save your inputs.

You will be logged out of your account automatically after the password has been changed.
