Die Kopplung Ihres Smartphone und Ihres OSTAR Herz-Spektrum-Blutdruckmessgerät wird von der Applikation für die OSTAR Herz-Spektrum-Blutdruckmessung durchgeführt. Bevor die Applkation die Kopplung durchführt, muss Ihr Samrphone Ihre OSTAR Herz-Spektrum-Blutdruckmessgerät zuerst über Bluetooth finden.

Bitte überprüfen Sie Folgendes:

• Wurde das Bluetooth in Ihrem Smartphone aktiviert?

• Ist die Leistung der Applikation für die OSTAR Herz-Spektrum-Blutdruckmessung normal und Sie haben auf dem Button "Auffinden" geklickt?

• Wurde das OSTAR Herz-Spektrum-Blutdruckmessgerät eingeschaltet?

  
  

• Haben Sie die kopplung-Taste auf der Rückseite des OSTAR Herz-Spektrum-Blutdruckmessgeräts gedrückt?

Bei einigen Smartphones kann ein solches Problem auftreten, wenn zu viele Bluetooth-Geräte gekoppelt und/oder verbunden sind.

Sie können Folgendes ausprobieren:

• Schalten Sie das Bluetooth in Ihrem Smartphone aus und wieder ein.

• Schließen Sie die Applikation auf Ihrem Smartphone und öffnen Sie sie erneut.

• Schalten Sie Ihr Smartphone aus und wieder ein.

• Kontaktieren Sie den Hersteller Ihres Smartphones, um technischen Support zu erhalten.

The pairing of your smartphone and your OSTAR heart spectrum blood pressure monitor is conducted by the application for OSTAR heart spectrum blood pressure measurement. Before the application conducts the pairing, your samrphone must find your OSTAR heart spectrum blood pressure monitor via Bluetooth first.

Please check the followings:

• Has the Bluetooth in your smartphine been turned on?

• Is the performance of the application normal and you have clicked on the button "Find"?

• Has the OSTAR heart spectrum blood pressure monitor been turned on?

  
  

• Have you pressed the pairing button on the rear side of the OSTAR heartspectrum blood pressure monitor?

For some smarphones, when too many Bluetooth devices are paired and/or connected might causes such a problem.

You can try the followings:

• Turn off the Bluetooth in your smartphine and turn it on again.

• Close the application in your smartphone and open it again.

• Turn off your smartphone and turn it on again.

• Contact the manufacturer of your smartphone for technical support.
