CND-OSTAR User-Cloud-Database
- Save a copy of the measurement data in the cloud database
Exclusive cloud database for users of OSTAR heart spectrum blood pressure monitor to back up their measurement data and with the possibility to share it with other family members and/or family doctor
A cloud storage located in Germany
Every user of the OSTAR HK-809 heart spectrum blood pressure measurement application can use the exclusive cloud storage in CND-OSTAR user cloud database free of charge for a period of 2 years as part of our customer service plan.
Each user of the CND-OSTAR user cloud database must use an individual user name (email address) and a password to log in to their own cloud account. A cloud account can only be registered in the OSTAR HK-809 heart spectrum blood pressure measurement application.
After logging in to the CND-OSTAR user cloud database, each user can check and update their account settings and review and/or download the measurement data stored in the cloud database.
Register your cloud account
Step 1
Click on the icon "User" on the navigation menu on the bottom of the main page to open the page "Account management".
Step 2
Click on the button "Register cloud account" to open the "Manage cloud account" page.
The registration of your cloud account is eligible only after you have use the application of OSTAR heart spectrum blood pressure measurement to make at least one blood pressure measurement.
Step 3
After your cloud account is successfully registered, the cloud database management system will send a confirmation email to your registered email address.
Please open the email and follow the instruction to activate your cloud account.
Please click on the button "Register cloud account" to register your new account on the CND-OSTAR user cloud database.
Synchronization of the measurement data stored in your smartphone to your account in the CND-OSTAR Benutzer-Cloud-Datenbank
Step 1
Click on the icon "User" on the navigation menu on the bottom of the main page to open the page "Account management".
Step 2
Click on the button "Manage cloud account" to open the "Manage cloud account" page.
Step 3
After your cloud account has successfully synchronised, please click on the option "Exit" to return to the main page.
Please click on the button "Synchronise measurement data" to sychronise the measurement data stored in your smartphone to your account on the CND-OSTAR user cloud database.
Manage your cloud account in the internet browser
Step 1
Open the management website of the CND-OSTAR user cloud database (https://ostarcare.de) in your internet browser.
Afterwards please enter your username (email address) and password of the cloud account to log in to your cloud account.
Step 2
After you log in to the CND-OSTAR user cloud database, an overview of your account is displayed.
If you would like to update your account settings, please click on the "EDIT" under "Konto/Account" of the option "Benutzer/User" to open your account management page.
If you would like to view your synchronised measurement data, please click on the option "Messergebnisse/Results" to open the data sheet for your synchronized measurement data.
To end your activity in the cloud account, please click on "Welcome!" in the top right corner of the website to log out of your cloud account.
If you change the user name (email address) of your cloud account, you must make the same change to your registered email address on the measurement application accordingly.
If you change the password of your cloud account, you must make the same change to your registered password on the measurement application accordingly.
If you fail to update the changes on the measurement application accordingly, your measurement data cannot be synchronised to your cloud account anymore.
